AdEPT Technology Group raises £4.25m in share placing

Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised AIM quoted AdEPT Technology Group Plc on its £4.25 million placing and subscription for shares.

 

A long-standing client of Cripps Pemberton Greenish, AdEPT is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of managed services for IT, unified communications, connectivity, voice and cloud services and is headquartered in Tunbridge Wells. The transaction represents the first equity raise by AdEPT since its admission to AIM.
