Cripps is delighted to have advised Andrew Pereira, Managing Director of Quadrant Group and his fellow shareholders on their successful management buyout, which was achieved with financial backing from Progeny Group.

Incorporated in 1994, Quadrant is a well-respected financial planning and wealth management business based in Stanmore. Cripps worked alongside other advisors to deliver a transaction which carefully balanced the diverse objectives of Quadrant’s shareholders.

Andrew Pereira commented: “We are hugely excited to have secured Progeny Group as a partner for our buyout.  Progeny and Quadrant are a perfect fit bringing together the talents of both businesses, a shared client ethos and culture, as well as a complementary geographic presence. My fellow shareholders and I were very impressed by the Cripps Corporate team.  They took the time to understand the variety of shareholders’ objectives and expectations for the process, and worked hard to drive the transaction forwards, and guide us expertly through the unfamiliar process.”

Cripps worked closely with Quadrant and Progeny to ensure the successful completion of the MBO. The team, led by partner Salim Somjee and assisted by Katie Haylock and Lowri Jones, advised on all the transaction documentation including the sale documents and the shareholder paperwork in respect of the buying vehicle.

This is the latest of a number of corporate transactions completed by the team.  For more information see:
