Cripps advises Onwatch Multifire on private equity backed global merger

Cripps advised security company Onwatch Multifire on a significant international merger which sees it become part of Netwatch Group.

The newly created group combines OnwatchMultifire and three other leading remote visual monitoring companies: Netwatch, based in Ireland, CalAtlantic and National Monitoring Center (NMC) both located in the United States.

The new Group is delivering industry leading proprietary technologies in proactive visual monitoring to hundreds of thousands of clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East and Africa.  Netwatch Group has a presence in a wide variety of segments including government, transportation, critical infrastructure (utilities, communications, energy), manufacturing, education, stadiums, finance, retail and residential.

The international merger was achieved with backing from global private equity firm The Riverside Company.
