Strong performance across all departments has resulted in a record financial year for law firm Cripps.

The firm saw turnover grow by 15 per cent from £22.8m in 2013/14 to £26.2m in the financial year to the end of April 2015. Profit over the same period rose by £1m to £7.3m – an increase of 16 per cent.

“These are great results and show that our twin approach of putting the client at the heart of everything we do and focusing on the quality of our staff is bearing fruit,” said managing partner Gavin Tyler.

“Attracting talented new colleagues, getting great rankings from Chambers, winning regional, national and international awards and joining a new global network of law firms have contributed to an excellent year all round.

“Plans for the coming year include investing in our IT infrastructure and preparing for the move to our new purpose-built head office in Tunbridge Wells in 2016.”
