Cripps Pemberton Greenish lawyer recognised as rising star
A residential property expert from Cripps Pemberton Greenish has been recognised nationally as a rising star by a leading private client publication.
Eprivateclient, the leading website and news service for private client practitioners has named managing associate, Darren Philpot, in its top 35 under 35 list for the second consecutive year. Seen as ‘the definitive list of rising stars in the private client sector’, eprivateclient’s Top 35 under 35 highlights future leaders within private wealth across the UK.
Commenting on his achievement Darren said: “I am thrilled to be listed by eprivateclient in the 2018 top 35 under 35 list. Whilst this is a personal award, I feel that recognition such as this is a testament to the residential property team I work within and demonstrates the large and complex matters that we deal with on a daily basis.”
Darren, who was promoted to managing associate last year, covers the full spectrum of residential property transactions, with a particular expertise in large estates and agricultural homes. He has experience working with both domestic and international clients looking to purchase both occupational and investment properties.
The winners will be toasted at a ceremony in London on Thursday 27 September.
