Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised Chase & Co on its second strategic acquisition, the purchase of Graphic Impressions.
Chase & Co is a strategic communication, branding and marketing agency advising both established and evolving brands. It works with clients across a range of sectors including automotive, professional services, entertainment and travel.
Established in 1985, design agency, Graphic Impressions, provides branding, creative design, print and marketing services to clients drawing on a combination of traditional design skills and modern multimedia marketing techniques.
Nigel Stanford led the Cripps team advising on the acquisition, assisted by Eoin Broderick. Lisa Steer and Emma Saunders advised on the property and employment aspects respectively.
Chase & Co’s Managing Director, Craig Poulley, commented, “Having worked with Cripps Pemberton Greenish previously I knew what to expect. The technical ability of Nigel and the team was a given, but what I valued most was their experience, expert project management and their ability to keep things on track. This, coupled with a deep understanding and appreciation of the advertising and media sector, made them the obvious legal partner for us”.
