Cripps Pemberton Greenish advises French software group GB&Smith on its acquisition of Kinesis CI
Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised longstanding French client GB&Smith on its acquisition of Kinesis CI Ltd.
GB&Smith is a French and international independent software company present in France, UK, USA, and Canada, which provides solutions for Business Intelligence (BI) professionals. Founded in 2007 by Business Objects security experts Sébastien Goiffon and Alexandre Biegala, the company now has 70 employees which serve more than 600 customers in 30 countries. Kinesis CI produces automated testing tools for business intelligence developers and its customers include PayPal, Bloomberg and PWC.
The acquisition of Kinesis CI will allow GB&Smith to better serve customers across multiple BI and analytics platforms.
Head of International, Olivier Morel, together with Helen Garner, John Kirkwood, Kevin Finlayson (corporate), Phil Bilney and Elliot Fry (commercial) advised on all legal aspects of the deal.
