Cripps Pemberton Greenish advises global graphics group on sale of its UK operations
Cripps Pemberton Greenish’s corporate team has advised US private equity backed DG3 on the sale of its UK operations to The Paragon Group.
Operating out of Gillingham and Dagenham, DG3 UK is a diversified graphics group and industry leading business communication and marketing solutions business. Over the years DG3 UK has become one of the leading suppliers of print and visual communication services across Europe, providing comprehensive solutions to its clients.
Cripps Pemberton Greenish advised DG3 on all legal aspects of the transaction, working alongside US corporate advisers BellMark Partners, LLC. The Cripps team was led by Salim Somjee and included Lorraine Reynolds, Summer Gibb, Mollie Wilson (all Corporate), Patrick Glencross (Employment), Sharni Bromfield (Real Estate) and Kathryn Rogers (Commercial).
