Cripps Pemberton Greenish advises OSTC on its acquisition of BG Consulting
Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised OSTC, the pioneering global derivatives trading and education company, on its acquisition of BG Consulting, the industry-leading financial training and education specialists.
The venture combines OSTC’s leading ZISHI EdTech platform with BG Consulting’s educational expertise, allowing the company to offer a more extensive range of products and services and extending its global reach.
Nigel Stanford led the Cripps team which advised on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team included Eoin Broderick (corporate), Patrick Glencross and Ed Dickinson (employment), Lisa Steer (real estate) and Luke Smyth, Sonja Jounus and Meg Harold (transaction services).
