Cripps Pemberton Greenish advises Sevenoaks based manufacturer on its sale to Celli Group
Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised the shareholders of MF Refrigeration on their sale of the company to the Celli Group.
MF Refrigeration Limited is a Kent based designer, developer and manufacturer of state of the art cooling equipment, principally used by the beverage industry. The company has a manufacturing capacity of over 30,000 coolers per year and supplies customers across the world, including Carlsberg, Heineken and Shepherd Neame.
Private equity backed Celli Group is an Italian leader in the design and production of equipment for dispensing beverages. Founded in Rimini in 1974, the company has grown extensively following a number of acquisitions. It now exports to over 100 countries and has established itself as a truly internationally renowned group.
