Cripps Pemberton Greenish expands agriculture team
Top 100 law firm Cripps Pemberton Greenish has expanded its agricultural team with the appointment of a new legal expert.
Kit Mordaunt, who has nearly 20 years’ of experience specialising in high-net-worth residential and rural property work, joins from Exeter firm Foot Anstey. He has extensive experience in acting for large landed estates advising on their agricultural, commercial and residential property needs.
He also advises on other areas relating to rural property including all non-contentious aspects of AHA & FBT tenancies, 1954 Act leases, telecoms and solar leases, shooting leases, overage agreements, options, pre-emption and refinancing.
