A specialist team led by partner, Mike Vos, has been appointed on the sale of properties at Phase 3a of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment. Representing Battersea Project Phase 3 Residential Company, ultimately owned by a consortium made up of Malaysian developers SP Setia, Sime Darby and pension fund, Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), the residential investment property team from Cripps was originally appointed to act at the beginning of 2013 on Phase 1 of the project, and has now acted on all three sale phases.

“We’re excited to be a continuing part of this landmark regeneration of such an iconic site. The first two phases proved to be extremely popular with both international and UK investors” commented Mike Vos. “London remains a key destination for international investment and we’re proud to be part of this successful development.”

Phase 3a incorporates 539 residential apartments in the extraordinary buildings of Prospect Place and Battersea Roof Gardens, designed by Gehry Partners and Foster & Partners respectively.

“The sales of phases one and two have been phenomenal. With the launch of phase 3a just around the corner, we’re delighted to have Cripps on board again” said Madonna Kinsey, Legal Director of Battersea Power Station Development Company, the development manager.

Launch events are being held at numerous locations in October and November with full details on registration available at www.batterseapowerstation.co.uk.
