Cripps Pemberton Greenish$!upports AdEPT PLC with another strategic acquisition
Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised longstanding client AdEPT PLC on its £7.9m acquisition of Shift F7 Group.
Tunbridge Wells based AdEPT, is one of the UK’s leading independent providers of voice and data communications solutions. Shift F7 Group is based in Dorking and provides highly specialised IT support services and technology solutions to a range of commercial clients. Its customer base is focused in London and the South East and will complement and further enhance AdEPT’s market position in the region.
The Cripps Pemberton Greenish team led by Nigel Stanford and assisted by John Kirkwood and Aleks Wulff, advised AdEPT on all legal aspects of the acquisition, including drafting and negotiating a complex Share Purchase Agreement. The team was supported by Harry Partridge (Commercial), Emma Saunders (Employment) and Lisa Steer (Property).
