Cripps welcomes new partner Nick Fisher

Law firm Cripps Pemberton Greenish has welcomed lawyer Nicholas Fisher to bolster its successful banking and finance practice.

Joining the firm as a partner, Nick has over 30 years’ experience in advising on a wide range of banking and finance transactions as well as insolvency and restructuring projects.

Nick has led teams in award-winning transactions and has been named as a bank-lending expert in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories.

Nick was formerly the principal of award-winning banking law firm, Tudeley Law. Prior to that he was head of banking and finance at a number of firms including Osborne Clarke, Simmons & Simmons and Druces.
