Cripps Pemberton Greenish has advised Keesing Media Group B.V., the largest publisher of puzzle magazines in Europe, on its acquisition of 60.7% of the shares in Eye to Eye Puzzles Ltd.

In September last year, Cripps Pemberton Greenish advised the Amsterdam headquartered company on its initial acquisition of a minority stake in Eye to Eye Puzzles and the team was very pleased to be asked by Keesing to assist with its purchase of the balance of the shares.

This latest investment sees Keesing become a 100% shareholder in Eye to Eye Puzzles, reinforcing its intention to grow its puzzle and colouring magazine offering in the United Kingdom.

Nigel Stanford and John Kirkwood worked on the transaction, assisted by Elliot Fry in the commercial team.

Jan-Henk Bouman, CFO of Keesing Media commented: “We returned to Cripps Pemberton Greenish as we knew they would provide pragmatic advice, as well as being able to meet our demanding timescales for completing the transaction. Once again we were delighted with the outcome and the service we received.”

This deal is the latest of a number our corporate team has advised on in the advertising, media and technology sector.
