The following interesting article from Laurence Page of Hardwick Chambers provides some interesting comment on recent professional negligence cases against solicitors relating to how a pension was valued in ancilliary relief proceedings.

If a pension was undervalued and one party ultimately got less as a result, how and when this comes to light may be important for limitation purposes if that party is outside of the normal 6-year period.
