MBA and CIPD qualified in Organisation Development and Design, I am accredited in a range of leadership and cultural assessment tools to include Leadership Predisposition Indicator (LPI), Organisation Culture Inventory (OCI), Life Styles Inventory (LSI) level 1 and 2 and Denison.
