I advise clients at every level of the supply chain on their construction and engineering contracts. I understand the construction world and the legal complexities involved in complicated construction projects. Using this knowledge, I find commercially astute and pragmatic solutions to help deliver the project to a successful conclusion.
I enjoy the challenge of the work as every construction project faces its own unique problems, which differ wherever a client is in the supply chain. It is also a very ‘real’ area of law as my work directly impacts on the environment around us, including buildings such as schools and hospitals
I recently received this testimonial from a client relating to a £20 million build of a new library (the flagship development of a huge regeneration project): “Cripps Pemberton Greenish have taken the pain out of the contracts work and the Council is very happy with the service it receives and will continue to send its work to Cripps Pemberton Greenish because of the cost effective and efficient service we receive”.
