Client Data & Insights Senior Executive

Working in the BD & marketing team, I am responsible for the day to day management of our CRM database, and how we use this to capture and utilise information in support of our objectives as a firm. 

This includes data quality management, ensuring effective target lists for our marketing campaigns, and engaging with users across all parts of the firm to ensure they are able to use our information and CRM systems in the best way possible.  

I enjoy looking for how our information can enhance our understanding of our clients and their needs. Starting a new role always poses a challenge of understanding how a firm works, and what information needs to feed into this.

My colleagues have said that I stay calm when faced with problems and this helps focus on what solutions we can find together.
