Senior People Manager (Managing Associate)
My role involves managing day to day operational HR throughout the firm and management of the HR team. I am responsible for maintaining and improving our HR processes and services, alongside supporting and developing new initiatives for the firm. I also advise on a wide range of employment matters, providing practical support to both partners and managers.
No one day is the same in my role and I enjoy working closely with a wide range of people. Having an active role in improving processes and operations as a whole is hugely satisfying.
Experience has taught me never to panic, there is always a solution even if it takes a little time to find the right one.
