A full range of legal expertise has won Cripps fresh plaudits in an authoritative annual guide to UK law firms and lawyers.

The 17 rankings awarded by Chambers UK across 16 different practice areas further endorse the firm’s proficiency in private client, real estate and corporate work. They also highlight Cripps’ national reputation in specialist areas such as healthcare and property disputes. In total, the firm achieved 15 rankings in the South and Kent alongside two national rankings.  Lawyers at the firm were named 33 times as leading individuals in their fields of work.

Compiled by impartial and independent researchers, Chambers UK merges feedback from clients with input from other law firms as well as legal commentators.

Quotes in Chambers from clients commenting on key practice areas included “they are knowledgeable, responsive, and manage expectations well”, “across the board the quality of service is excellent” and “they are reliable, robust and knowledgeable”.

Our rankings in Chambers continue to improve year-on-year,” said Gavin Tyler, Cripps’ managing partner. “To be recognised in 16 different practice areas – whether countywide, regionally or nationally – confirms our position as a full-service legal practice able to offer expert advice across the board to both commercial and private clients.

“It’s particularly pleasing the feedback from clients regarding the service we provide has been so good – this is something we really focus on – and I am delighted so many of our lawyers are recognised as experts in such diverse specialisms.”
