Associate/Senior Associate (Banking & Finance)
Our Corporate team are looking to add either an Associate or Senior Associate level solicitor who has had prior experience of banking work (lending/security arrangements/funds), to further support their large and varied client portfolio. The role can be based from either our London Victoria or Tunbridge Wells office.
The team are one of the largest teams of banking and finance lawyers in the South region and provides a specialist service for banks, lenders and businesses. They advise on a wide range of finance options, including debt financing, equity fundraising and crowdfunding. They act for many different types of clients on transactions of all sizes, ranging from major property investors and developers on their real estate finance facilities and large corporates on their working capital and acquisition finance loans as well as on smaller value loans for SMEs. The team also work closely with and are on the panel for a number of banks and are members of the LMA, so the team understand banking and finance from all perspectives.
Due to the expertise within the team, you will be fully supported in order to focus on progressing your career in this area and be encouraged to run your matters from start to finish in order to build that client trust that we pride ourselves on. The Corporate division have a team of dedicated Paralegals, access to our Document Production team and the support of Legal Secretaries as well as cross divisional support from various teams including our Business Development & Marketing, Finance and Compliance & Risk teams.
