Corporate Paralegal (Banking)
Our Transaction Services Team (based in Tunbridge Wells and part of our Corporate division), are looking for an additional Paralegal or Senior Paralegal to join them to specifically assist with banking & finance work.
The role will involve a significant element of fee earning work, project management and some administration. The post-holder will work as a key part of the team assigned to the particular matter, some prior knowledge of banking related legal work is preferable in addition use of legal tech platforms such as HighQ, Contract Express and Docusign.
