Learning Technology Advisor (maternity cover)

We are looking for a Learning Technology Advisor to join our People team to cover a period of maternity leave. If you are really passionate about digital learning tools and how they can empower and add value to an employee, then this role will allow you to make a tangible impact on the firm. Working closely with our Talent Development Manager, this role will see you manage the Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning provision (we use Articulate Rise and Storyline), as well as any additional digital tools to support learning. 

It’s an exciting time to consider joining us as the People Team have a number of large projects to be delivered this year and have already selected our new LMS which is due to go live later this year. The role would therefore require the successful individual to have experience and a strong understanding of LMS tech, as well as ideally Articulate Rise.  The Learning Technology Advisor will also be responsible for scoping, designing and developing digital learning as required by the business and would suit someone who has had experience of this before.
