Marketing & Communications Manager
This is a newly created role within the Business Development and Marketing Team (BDM) which will contribute towards the team supporting the firm’s ambitious growth plans. The role holder will be responsible for developing the brand and creating a marketing strategy which will enhance the firm’s market position and drive new revenue opportunities with both existing and new clients. You will bring extensive experience of developing compelling thought leadership and creative marketing programmes alongside an excellent knowledge of effective digital marketing in a B2B environment.
This is a strategic role, so past experience of developing/positioning brands within a professional services setting, as well as past experience with delivering campaigns through digital channels will be required as well as a sound understanding around selling consulting services.
The Marketing & Communications Manager will also be responsible for managing the marketing and communications team, so a proven track record of people management will be needed. You will also be working closely with the BD and Client Insights/Data teams. Liaising directly with fee earners; particularly those at partner level to understand their objectives and develop solutions in collaboration with them and the wider BDM Team. Externally the role will oversee external supplier relationships across PR, digital, design and print.
The role will be based at our Tunbridge Wells office, with travel to our London office required as and when needed to meet the need of the business (when travel restrictions allow).
