PA to Directors of BD & Marketing and Finance

We have a new opportunity to provide personal assistant support to our Director of Business Development & Marketing (BD&M) and Director of Finance who are based in our Tunbridge Wells office. The role would see the successful applicant carry out a range of varied management and administrative tasks with and on behalf of the Directors, supporting them as required on a daily basis.  You will work closely with both teams to ensure that a professional, client focused and proactive service is delivered to all. 

The vacancy would enable you to work on more general PA responsibilities such as arranging regular and ad hoc meetings, workshops and demonstrations and assisting with the production and co-ordination of pre and post meeting materials including agenda and minute taking as well as tasks related to BD&M such as producing and editing PowerPoint presentations and other documents as required and processing firmwide marketing invoices/expenses.
