Senior Associate (Development)

Our real estate development team advises on nationally significant regeneration schemes, mixed use, urban extensions, the purchase and development of strategic land, joint ventures and collaborations and the development and disposal of residential housing.

Our Tunbridge Wells based team are looking for a Senior Associate experienced in residential and/or commercial development work to contribute meaningfully to the business development focus and the management and of the development team.  You will work closely with and be supported by other members of our real estate team from other disciplines including, planning, construction, corporate, and property finance lawyers.

Although the team are primarily based in our Tunbridge Wells (TW) office, we would welcome applicants from candidates who could base themselves from our London Victoria office and who could be available to visit our TW office either weekly or fortnightly.
