Service Desk Analyst
Our Tunbridge Wells based ICT team are responsible for the operational delivery of our computer systems and electronic communications throughout the firm. This includes the installation of software and hardware, the development of new systems to meet business requirements and the support of existing users in all aspects of technology relating to the firm.
We are now building an in-house service desk function and we are looking for a reliable and proactive Service Desk Analyst to complete the team. Candidates will have worked on an ITIL focused IT Service Desk, have experience using a service management tool for Incident and Problem Management and be able to support 1st/2nd line calls on Microsoft Office Packages (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel).
You will be working in an experienced, positive thinking team with varied IT knowledge and background, a great group to collaborate with enabling you to learn something new each day.
