Talent Development Admin Assistant
We are looking for a Talent Development Admin Assistant to join the People Team. The team are currently undergoing a period of rapid growth and change as we help the Firm in adapting to our new approach to working. This position would be well suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple projects with various different people and would benefit someone who has a real interest in how people learn and develop.
The Team supports the Firm with all things ‘people’ and the Talent Development (TD) function in particular is responsible for all training, information and development activities throughout the Firm. The role would see you provide administrative support across our Learning Management System (LMS), Emerging Talent programme, internal/external training courses, assist our Librarian, as well as general admin support for the TD function.
Previous experience within a Talent Development/Learning & Development team either as an LMS admin or providing support on training records/reports would be desirable. The role is based from our Tunbridge Wells office with the opportunity to work remotely one/two days a week.
