Talent Development Manager (Maternity Cover)
With our Talent Development Manager going on maternity leave in 2022, our People Team are looking to hire an experienced Talent Development Manager on a fixed term basis (12-18 months) to assist with business as usual work as well as being a key stakeholder in driving forward some really exciting projects the team have lined up for 2022 including the roll out of a firm wide competency framework, leadership initiatives and 360 feedback mechanisms.
The role would see you support with the operational management of the Firm’s talent development function, including management and development of staff, continuous review and improvement of learning and development initiatives, regular review of new and improved learning technology and to raise and advance the profile of the function within the firm.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience of operational management in an talent development role within the legal services industry, experience of the design and delivery of training initiatives, a strong understanding of the unique talent development challenges within the legal sector and also be able to call upon prior experience in line management.
