Will dispute over £70,000 inheritance reaches Supreme Court
The Independent has recently reported on the bitter family will dispute between three children over their parents’ wills, which has now reached the Supreme Court.
In this case, both the decision of the initial Judge and the Court of Appeal were that the Wills of Alfred and Maureen Rawlings were invalid because they had each signed the other person’s Will by mistake.
The disappointed beneficiary won permission to appeal this decision before the Supreme Court.
